General policy: After you receive the parcel and within 30 days, if the product remains unused and there is a quality problem or it's inconsistent with the description shown on our website, we will accept your return or exchange without hesitation. However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. On the other hand, if damage to the items, color discrepancies, or size issues result from your actions, rendering the product unserviceable, we do not accept any return or exchange in this case.

1 Handling policy for order cancellation:
Please kindly note that if your order hasn’t been shipped, we will refund you the total shipping cost. However, if it has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we would not accept order cancellation.
A. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and if the order status shows “awaiting fulfillment”, we will refund 100% of the total merchandise and total shipping cost.
B. For order cancellation after 24 hours, and if the order status shows “awaiting fulfillment,” within the processing time, we will refund 80% of the total merchandise. After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related product materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production have done preparatory work, or we have purchased products that cannot be returned to the suppliers.
C. If the order status shows “shipped”, we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation in this case. All cancellations, once confirmed, will result in refunds issued within 48 hours.
2 If you have not received your parcel within the stated delivery time and wish to request a refund, please take note of the following information:
(1)Delivery Time Inclusion: The delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
(2)Efforts for Fast Delivery: We make every effort to ensure the fastest processing and shipping of your order. However, it's important to understand that factors beyond our control, such as temporary production delays at the factory or customs inspections, may affect transit times.
(3)Refund Policy for this situation:
Scenario A: If you have not received the parcel because we shipped your order beyond the processing time:For express shipping methods, which typically have a processing time of within 3 days, and for other shipping methods with a processing time of within 5 days, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept refund requests. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your parcel. However, if the delivery time exceeds the mentioned duration, you can apply for a maximum 10% refund as compensation after signing for it.
Scenario B: If you have not received the parcel but we shipped your order within the processing time:For express shipping methods with a processing time of within 5 days, and for other shipping methods with a processing time of within 7 days, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept refund requests. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your parcel. However, if the delivery time exceeds the mentioned duration, you can apply for a maximum 5% refund as compensation after signing for it. Please note that such delays are mostly due to factors beyond our control, such as freight carriers or customs.

3 Return/exchange Policy about unsatisfied product or other relevant problems:
A. Return/Exchange for Products with Quality Issues:
Quality issues include inconsistencies in color, texture, and size as shown on our website. If you receive items with quality problems, you can propose a return request within 30 days of receipt. We will communicate with you to verify the issue, and you should provide specific photos or other relevant evidence as proof. If the issue is attributed to us, upon receiving the returned parcel, we will either refund 100% of the purchase amount to you or provide a replacement item.
B. Return/Exchange for Incorrect Size Costume:
If you choose the wrong size, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, you can purchase a new item with the correct size on our website, and we will provide a special offer to you. If we provide you with a costume of the wrong size, we accept returns or exchanges. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange.
C. Note on Size:
Please be aware that our clothes are produced strictly according to the size specifications on our website, and each item is checked before shipment. Due to manual measurement, a measurement error of 1-3cm is acceptable and does not constitute a sizing issue. We recommend selecting a slightly larger or looser size to accommodate any discrepancies.
D. Receipt of the Wrong Product:
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Once we confirm the error, we will either refund 100% of the purchase amount to you or ship the correct product to you free of charge. You will need to return the incorrect items to us, and we will cover the shipping costs.
E. Receipt of Fewer Products Than Ordered:
If you receive fewer products than ordered, please contact us promptly. Upon confirmation of the error, we will either refund the amount for the missing items or ship the missing items to you.
4 For the orders that are unshipped and need to change the size/specification, or exchange:
Section A. If the product you wish to exchange is in stock and has the same or lower value, we can exchange it for you free of charge. If its value is higher, you will need to pay the extra cost, including the freight difference due to weight variations.
(1).Within 12 hours of placing the order, we can change the size or related specifications, or exchange it for other goods
(2)Between 12-24 hours after placing the order, a 5% handling fee will be charged. Between 24-48 hours after placing the order, a 10% handling fee will be charged.
(3)Between 48-72 hours after placing the order, a 15% handling fee will be charged.
(4)After three days, we do not accept any changes or replacements. However, if necessary, an additional handling fee of 20-50% will be charged.
Section B. Changing Shipping Address for Orders:
(1)For orders that have not been shipped:
If you wish to change to another address within the same country and it is not a remote area for DHL/FedEx, we can make the change for you free of charge. If you want to change to a different country and the shipping cost is higher, you'll need to pay the difference. However, we are not obligated to refund the difference for lower shipping costs. Please ensure to provide the correct address when placing the order.
(2)For orders that are in delivery:
If you selected the standard shipping method, you can contact the shipping company to change the address. If you chose the express shipping method, you'll need to pay an extra cost to change the shipping address (approximately USD 50.00 - USD 100.00), and we'll request you to cover the difference.
Section C. Shipping Address in Remote Areas: If you chose express shipping and your shipping address is in a remote area:
You can opt to change to the standard shipping method for free or cancel the order.
Alternatively, you can pay the remote area surcharge of USD 50.00. For more information about remote areas, please contact the local post office of FedEx/DHL.
All refund of orders returned would be issued in 48 hours once we've got the returning package and checked no problem. and all shipping cost is not refundable. Thank you so much for understanding.

You may use any shipping method you like as long a tracking number can be provided. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
