Returns Policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Shoppajama.com, many of our products are made to order or customized based on the customer’s selected style, size, and specifications. For this reason, we only accept returns in limited situations as described below.

1. Eligible Return Cases
We accept return or refund requests only in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear quality problem, such as unstitched seams, incorrect material, incorrect color, or defective components that do not match the confirmed order.
  • Shipping Damage: The product is damaged during delivery. Customers must provide clear photos or videos of both the outer package and the damaged product.
  • Incorrect Product Sent: The delivered product does not match the confirmed order details, including design, size (when correct measurements were provided), or other agreed specifications due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect size caused by inaccurate measurements or wrong size selection by the customer
  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling after delivery
  • Minor differences that do not affect normal use, including slight color variations caused by screen display or lighting
  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control

3. Return Request Timeframe
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

4. Return Review Process
To request a return, refund, or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at sale@shoppajama.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Step 2: Provide clear photos or videos within 48 hours so we can review the problem.
  • Step 3: We will review your request within 3 business days and provide a solution.

5. Exchange Policy
For eligible cases, we may offer an exchange, replacement, re-production, or re-shipping solution where appropriate.

In many cases, replacement is the preferred solution when it is practical and reasonable.

6. Return Shipping Cost
If the issue is caused by our error, such as a confirmed defect, shipping damage, or incorrect product sent, we will provide a reasonable solution regarding return or replacement arrangements. If a return is approved for another reason, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only when a replacement, repair, exchange, or other reasonable solution is not feasible.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 3 business days after approval or after the returned item is received and inspected, if return is required. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.

Because many of our products are made to order, customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, measurements, colors, and specifications before confirming the order.
