Shopping Guide

Step 1:
Find the product you would like to purchase, select the size and color if applicable, and add it to your shopping cart.

Step 2:
Create an account if you are a new customer, or sign in to your existing account if you are a returning customer.

Step 3:
Enter your shipping information, choose the shipping method and payment method, and then submit your order.

Step 4:
Review your order details, confirm the total amount, and complete the payment.

How to Place an Order

  1. Register for an account or sign in to your existing account.
  2. Browse or search for the products you want.
  3. Add your selected items to the shopping cart.
  4. Proceed to checkout.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method and complete your payment.

Once payment has been successfully received, we will begin processing your order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Canceling an Order

If you have not completed payment for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. Unpaid orders are not processed.

If you have already paid for your order, we may accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After 24 hours, if production or order processing has already started, cancellation may still be possible, but a partial refund may apply according to our Refund & Return Policy.
